Making sustainability actually land with the people it's meant to reach

The expertise was there. The communication wasn't.
SUHO is a sustainability consulting firm with a lot to offer, and for a long time, the way they communicated it was making their work harder to access than it needed to be. Complex language for a broad audience, a disconnected online presence, and a content strategy that was more ad-hoc than intentional.
I worked closely with the Business Development lead to simplify the language and build a communications strategy that brought people in rather than just broadcasting at them. That meant taking ownership of the monthly newsletter, developing the social media content plan, and supporting the transition to a new Webflow website: cleaner, faster, and built to convert.
I also shadow-wrote for other members of the team, which meant getting the voice right across multiple people and platforms. Not just consistent. Actually human.

More followers, more opens, more traction
17% growth in social media following. 25% boost in newsletter engagement. A website that works the way a website should. And a communications approach that actually sounds like SUHO now.
